Terms & Conditions

  1. You can get a refund if you cancel your course within 7 days but prior to third class from the commencement of the course.
  2. The services will begin ONLY after receiving full payment for the services registered for. Services will NOT begin, if there is a balance due from the client.
  3. Either party to this agreement shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance hereunder caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, earthquake, labor disputes and strikes, riots, war, and governmental requirements. The obligations and rights of the party so excused shall be extended on a day-to-day basis for the period of time equal to that of the underlying cause of the delay.
  4. Any claim, dispute or controversy with respect to, in connection with or arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to and decided by arbitrator in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana State, India by an arbitrator appointed by Manhattan Review India (MR).
  5. MR may without advance notice amend any or all terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time, and will do so by posting the new Agreement on the website in place of the old agreement. Each and every such amendment shall become effective immediately for all pre-existing and future accounts. It is the client’s responsibility to periodically check the website for any updates to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  6. If a court of competent jurisdiction thereof holds any term, clause or provision invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision and such invalid term, clause or provision ONLY shall be deemed to be severed from the Agreement and the other terms of the agreement shall be binding.
  7. The client agrees to fully defend and indemnify and hold harmless MR of and from any and all third-party claims, causes of action, demands, costs, damages including both direct and consequential damages, specifically including advocate fees and costs, expert fees and costs and mediation and/or arbitration fees and costs incurred (whether paid or not) as the result of any breach/violation or claim of breach/violation of this agreement or negligence of the client, whether active or passive or any negligence of MR in any way related to your use of the services offered by MR or any portion thereof.
