• SAT Essay is evaluated on three domains: reading, analysis, and writing. Each domain is scored on a 2-8 scale. The three score are NOT added together.
• The essay is evaluated by two different people
• Each person rates the essay on a 1-4 scale.
• The two scores for each domain are added and the resultant scores range from 2-8.
